WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LOGO AND AN ILLUSTRATION?
There is a big difference between a logo and an illustration. Logo which represent corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable, and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size.
Illustrations are usually a very complicated artwork that tell something about anything and commonly used for magazines, newspaper, website, t-shirt, greetings, and advertisements (i.e. - billboards, banners, brochures, etc). HOW DO I ORDER?
To order, just fill out the cartoon design request form. After the form is submitted, an email with your order details,
project proposal, and a price quote will be sent to you, usually within one or
two business days. After we both agree with the price and the design package, you can submit your order. A 50% deposit is required to add your project to our schedule.

I HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW I WANT MY CARTOON TO LOOK. HOW DO I TELL YOU?
You can tell us in words on the cartoon design request form at the time of quote request. Many clients do this. You can tell us the website address of a design or cartoon logo you have seen and like or email us any reference material to us. You can send your reference material in any of the following file formats: EPS, PSD, PDF, PNG, TIFF, WORD, GIF or JPEG. We do not copy existing designs, but sometimes it helps us to get a good idea of the general direction you're looking for.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
For payments, you can pay by credit cards, debit cards (Visa,MasterCard,AMEX,Discover) and funds transfer via Paypal. We will process your orders after your payments are verified.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY 50% DOWN?
You pay 50% up front because we have to spent as much as 8 hours on a design and had the client decide they no longer were interested in the project. As low and dirty as that sounds it happened on enough occasions that we could no longer profit without requiring the 50% retainer fee. We are serious in our client's project, so we hope that our client will be serious in paying us.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WILL LOOK LIKE THE SAMPLES ON THE WEBSITE?
All of our orders are completed by Kartunis Ubi as designer with his team of graphic artist and colorist. We do not "farm" our orders out through different random artists.
We guarantee your order to be the same quality presented throughout our site.
WHEN DO YOU START WORKING ON MY PROJECT?
We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your order and 50% deposit of the total price.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN SEE MY CARTOON DESIGN SAMPLES?
Your first design concepts will be presented to you via email in two business days after we receive your order.
HOW MANY CHANGES MAY I ASK FOR MY DESIGN?
Unlimited changes can be applied to your chosen cartoon design, until you are 100% satisfied.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It takes us around two business days to send you the first design concepts. After that it all depends on the quickness of your response, since we deliver the next batch of revisions within a couple of days after receiving your feedback. Sometimes turnaround is quicker than other times, it is based on the job complexity. Each design job is different and some may take longer than others. However, if we
agree to design your cartoon project, we will meet your deadlines when
notified of them.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
All the final cartoon design files are delivered via email after you pay the remaining 50%. It may be in a compressed ZIP format single file and you will need WinZip or WinRAR to uncompress. Alternatively, if you opt for it at the time of order placement, we can send your design kit on CD by post with an additional charge.
WHAT FILE FORMAT AND WILL MY CARTOON LOGO DESIGN BE DELIVERED IN?
All files are in CMYK and RGB colors modes. We deliver your cartoon logo design in these formats:
1) AI (adobe illustrator) vector format, editable file. Your printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc. will use this file.
2) EPS (encapsulated postscript) vector format, editable file. Your printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc. will use this file.
3) TIFF (tagged image file format) high-resolution 300 dpi, sizable file.
4) PSD (adobe photoshop) high-resolution 300 dpi non layered file.
5) GIF (graphic interfile format) 72dpi files. This file is for Web use only. You can use this file on your web site and view it with any browser. Fully optimized for use.
6) JPEG (joint professional experts group) 300 and 72dpi files. This file is for Web and proof use only. You can view it with any browser.
If you need your designs in any other file format, just tell us and we would be happy to provide you the designs in that file format. However, for cartoon illustration or cartoon pictures, we may send fewer formats. Please ask your printer for the correct files needed and let us know.

WHAT IS VECTOR SCALABLE FILE?
Vector files are files that you can resize, scale, and even change colors or fonts without loosing any quality or resolution on your image. Vector files are mostly used by professional designers or print shops.
HOW CAN I USE VECTOR FILES?
Vector files are used on specific vector based software applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. CAN I USE THE CARTOON DESIGN AS SOON AS I RECEIVE IT?
Yes! You can use it instantly for any purpose.
WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?
We will maintain your privacy at all times. Any information, such as
your name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number and any other
information about your business or organization will remain private and
confidential. Accordingly, the information you provide is stored in a
secure location is only accessible by designated staff, and is used
solely for the purposes for which you intended
(i.e. - to help us design your logo).
WHO KEEPS THE RIGHTS OF THE CREATED CARTOON?
Upon full payment of the fee, you own full copyright of your final chosen design (unless stated otherwise). We only keep the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and other advertising materials. The rights of all the samples developed during the design phase, however remains with us.
