There’s no other day for your 13th birthday…
I’m always feel blessed to live my life as a cartoonist. I feel my life is so rich because I earn my living doing things I love most – cartoons and caricatures.
And the best part about doing caricatures is I’m always given chances by God to draw one of his best creations – CUTE BABES!
Can’t lie to you… we ‘normal’ male artists will and always be inspired by cute and pretty ladies. That’s why most of the great masterpieces are based on women (i.e. – Monalisa).
Why? Please don’t waste your precious time asking stupid questions!

When I first saw Jaclyn close-up picture (above), the first word that came across my mind – “Wow!”.
At that time I didn’t know that she’s just 13. The truth came out when I saw her other pictures (with full body) and read her caricature order details.
Hahahaha! – Just had one BIG good laugh at myself!
Even if she’s just 13, I knew someday this cute little girl will become one pretty fair lady. Ohh, she must be popular with boys too!

Theresa, her mom (she’s pretty too…) ordered the caricature for her daughter upcoming 13th birthday party. She was planning to use the artwork on the birthday party invitations and maybe on t-shirts.
She said her daughter loves bike and own one herself. She requested that I draw Jaclyn on her pink bike. I think it’s one great idea for a great personalized caricature.

To tell you the truth, I really enjoyed doing Jaclyn’s caricature. She made me recollect those wonder days when I was a teenager. School days, sports, homeworks, detentions, thundercats, cute heartbreaking girls… ohh!
Somehow this cute little girl inspired and made me feel thankful for every great little things I have in life!

I think this is one of the best caricature I’ve done so far (sorry for being biased) and I do believe I’m not the only one saying that…
I LOVE it! My daughter is so EXCITED to use this for her invitation. It’s AMAZING how your talent captured her likeness. You even made a PERFECT replica of her motorcycle. You are truly TALENTED Ubi! I already have a friend who wants to use Ubikartun for her twins 16th birthday. Thanks for such a GREAT job! Thank you for sharing your WONDERFUL talent with us.
Theresa then sent me another email telling me the birthday party success story and what they have done with the caricature artwork.
Ubi,For the invitation all I did was print off what you sent me (on photo paper) and attached the information for the party to the back. (6 x 9) We didn’t get a chance to put it on t-shirts, but we did use it in several places at the party. We framed it in a large frame and had all her friends/family sign around it. I also used it on the “candy bar”. I framed the pic and also printed logo’s for the candy bags (laying on the table). I’ve also included the thank you card in microsoft word.
Thanks again for a great piece of work. I love it and so did everyone at the party. You are a SUCCESS here in the states!
Let me know if you need anything else…, besides more customers.
Theresa

You should see that long smile on my face as I read that email. Glad they love the artwork and the party works well as planned.
I’m sure the daughter must be very happy with what her mother had done and will most likely feel blessed having such a loving mother like hers.
For the mother, there’s nothing more valuable and priceless than the happiness of her beloved child!
And for me, it was a real pleasure working with someone nice like them. I’m really glad my talent have contributed something in making wonders in someone’s else life.
If you think caricature artwork can add some spice for your (or your beloved) birthday party (like Jaclyn’s), simply visit my online caricature page, view some of my caricature artwork samples, fill the caricature order form and I will do my best to make your dream comes true!

Hi Ubi,
Yes, there’s no denying that you are very talented in what you do.
I will call on your services again later on, as I would like you to create a caricature for my baby boy…
huhu … comey baby boy Kak G … kalau awak email Kak G, nanti Kak G kasi nama blog dia (huhu, sejak usia 1 bulan baby saya dah ada blog sendiri…)

Itu lah mentaliti orang melayu sejak zaman kolonial.Terlalu mengagungkan bangsa inggeris.Bila ada kerjasama dengan mat saleh je kira suksess.Malang sungguh.

And this is the mentality since Melayu ever existed. Hasad dengki.
I don’t see Ubi mention anywhere that he is successful just because he has Caucasian clients. It’s good we can have their money and know that they admire our work. Something that we can be proud of. It’s money flow into our country, and it’s good for our economy.
Lagi malang kalau banyak orang dengki macam ni, sampai bila Melayu nak maju.
